Homemade Peanut Butter

We eat a lot of peanut butter, so I decided to make my own. My homemade version is easier on my wallet, and I know what ingredients are in it. It's also a lot tastier!

YIELD: about 1 cup.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsalted dry roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • 1. Process peanuts and salt in a food processor until desired consistency, about 5 minutes, scraping down sides as needed. Add honey; process just until blended. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
