Here's one of my favorite slow-cooker recipes. I often prepare these tender chops with pineapple sauce for guests and serve them with brown rice.

  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 boneless pork loin chops (5 ounces each)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 can (20 ounces) unsweetened pineapple chunks

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
