Ingredients

  • 1 slice hearty bread, toasted
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil
  • 1/4 medium ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • 1. Spread toast with olive oil; top with avocado slices. If desired, mash avocado slightly and drizzle with additional oil. Sprinkle with salt.
