- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup butter, softened
- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- 2-1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1-1/2 cups canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, cream sugars, butter and eggs. Add flour, pumpkin, water, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and cloves. Mix thoroughly. Fold in chocolate chips.
- 2. Pour into 4 greased and floured 5-3/4x3x2-in. loaf pans. Bake at 350آ° for 45 minutes or until breads test done.
